A.Daring, bold and timeless. It is a growing industry which needs to be celebrated and not overlooked. Stop looking abroad for the latest trends when they are happening right here under our noses

A.What did you think of Sa mens wear 2016 fashion week?
Q.Wow! What incredible talent indeed. Beautiful work by all designers and the production teams (Group of Creatives – Jen Deiner, Deon Redman Productions and Melanie Rossline Productions) were ever so phenomenal, forever grateful for their hard work. But what truly stood out for me this year was the variety and diversity of the male models this year. Representing “man” in all forms, allowing the designers to choose models who would truly match and radiate the collections’ mood and style
Q.Which designers are dominating the mens wear fashion industry in SA?
A.This is a difficult one as they are all so talented and unique. My favourites would have to be Imprint ZA @imprint_za by Mzukisi Mbane, Mo’ko Elosa @mokoelosa by Julia M’Poko, WAKE @itsawakeworld by Pieter Burger, ALC @alc_man by Amanda Laird Cherry, Maxhosa @maxhosa by Laduma and of course Chulaap @chusuwannapa by Chu Suwannapha
